Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to purchase from Dahani the Label. We appreciate your trust in us, and we're dedicated to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure transparency, reliability, and support in every step of your order's journey.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your item/s to be packaged with love and dispatched.

During launches and sale events there may be a slight delay in getting your dreamy new pieces out to you, but don’t worry they will be worth the wait. 

Please be mindful, depending on which payment method is used at checkout, there might be a slight processing delay until payment is cleared. 

Once your package is ready to go, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track it right to your door.

 

Shipping Costs

All our parcels will be sent via Australia Post, therefore shipping costs and timeframes may vary slightly depending on where you're nestled. While we trust their services, please note that once your package is handed over to the carrier, it is no longer under our direct control.

We provide free standard Australia-wide shipping on all orders over $150 and free standard International shipping on orders over $250. (Please note all pricing is in AUD). 

Domestic Orders:

  • Standard regular post $8.95 (sent via road freight, a more carbon efficient shipping method)
  • Express post $12.95 (sent via air freight) 
(Please remember Dahani the Label is in rural North-West Australia so please allow extra time for delivery with standard post to be safely transported to you).

International Orders (currently including NZ & UK):

  • Standard regular post $35+

(Please choose the correct country during checkout for a more accurate price).  

For international orders, it's the customers responsibility to cover any customs and duty fees imposed by their local customs authorities. 

Prior to making a purchase with Dahani the Label, we strongly recommend you check your country's rules and regulations regarding the import and purchase of goods from overseas, as these fees can vary and are subject to change. 

Our parcels are shipped with Australia Post without duties and customs paid. 

If your country requires you to pay duties and you choose not to do so, your parcel will either be held by customs, returned to us or even destroyed, therefore we will be unable to refund the original shipping fee. 

To ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid any unforeseen fees and complications, please refer to your countries custom policies.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

In rare instances, parcels may be lost or experience unexpected delays during transit. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we're here to support you throughout the process.

If you suspect that your parcel is lost or significantly delayed;

  • Check the provided tracking number to monitor the process of your package
  • Contact Australia Post’s customer service for the most recent up to date information 
  • Lodge a claim with Australia Post 
  • If you're unable to resolve the issue with Australia Post, please contact us directly at hello@dahanithelabel.com.au so we can further assist you with filing a claim.  

 

Returns or Exchanges

At Dahani the Label we want you to be absolutely in love with your new goodies, so for any reason you are not truly satisfied or purchased the wrong size, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item to hello@dahanithelabel.com.au 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind but are happy to offer a store credit. If your correct size is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be issued to you once the return is received. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your goodies. Please consider the environment when packaging your return. We advise using a tracked postal service when sending it back to ensure it gets back to us safely.

Please note that shipping of the returns/exchanges are at the customers expense unless you're returning a faulty item. We will provide you with a return address. The returned item/s need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unused and unworn. Please do not send back any items without emailing us first.

 

Faulty Items

On the rare occasion that you happen to receive a faulty item, please send us an email to hello@dahanithelabel.com.au within 5 business days of receiving the item and an exchange or refund will be offered including postage. Please include your name, order number and details of the fault with a photo for review. If the item you purchased is out of stock or no longer available, a store credit or refund will be offered. 

 

Sale Items

Please note, all sale items are final. These goodies cannot be returned or exchanged.
